The longer that you ignore the small issues happening at your business, the harder it becomes to change course or course correct. You can NOT allow these little things to pile up around you to the point where you feel like you can’t change or the culture won’t allow for change. People look for the path of least resistance and when that starts to take over, you wind up becoming complacent with year-round Christmas decorations, staples all over the walls, rotted outdoors, dirty work areas, and a grenade on the wall that promotes not dissenting from the current norm.
